Thumbtastic Desktop Application for Windows 🖥️ 7,8,10 (11 works, but may run into install issues)

Thumbtastic 🖼️ desktop application for Windows. This application was originally for download on https://lars-barnabee.github.io/ but I decided to move it here. This includes both the ia32 version and the x64 version.

Please make sure you run the application as an Windows administrator or weird behavior may occur.
